About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Metal Finisher (Grinder) to join our aerospace manufacturing team on swing shift. This position plays a key role in preparing metal components by grinding, deburring, and finishing parts to meet strict quality and surface-finish standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience with metal finishing, grinding, or deburring preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work well in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Grind, sand, and deburr aerospace metal components using hand and power tools
• Remove sharp edges, weld spatter, and surface imperfections
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and specification standards are met
• Assist with material handling and general shop duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
