About The Position
Metal Finisher / Polisher needed for a full-time role. This hands-on position focuses on polishing and finishing high-end brass, bronze, and architectural metal components to premium aesthetic standards.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of metal polishing/finishing experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable team player open to learning and growing
Responsibilities
- Polish & finish metal parts to various specified finishes (mirror, satin, oil-rubbed, etc.)
- Prepare, clean, sand, and inspect surfaces for high quality
- Use buffers, polishing wheels, and hand tools daily
- Maintain consistency across production batches while meeting deadlines
- Work in a clean, team-oriented shop environment
