About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 1801 in Arlington, Texas. The role demonstrates and promotes Meta products to shoppers, builds relationships with retail associates, creates engaging customer experiences, and trains store teams on AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided.

The schedule is 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday, from noon to 6:00 p.m. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. The assignment runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Pay is $21 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus, subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

The position includes hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; customer engagement and sales; maintaining product displays and brand standards; keeping retail teams informed; and tracking demonstrations, engagement, and sales activity. Training and certifications are completed remotely using a laptop or phone. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.

Nice To Haves

• Six or more months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.

• Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences through hands-on product demonstrations.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create memorable customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits based on each customer's interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement and product demonstration through asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.
