About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 661 in Athens, Alabama. In partnership with Meta, the specialist demonstrates and promotes Meta products in the retail store, builds relationships with store associates, and creates engaging, personalized customer experiences. Product and technology training and certifications are provided remotely. The role involves demonstrating wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; informing customers and store teams about products, features, and promotions; and supporting sales and program performance goals.

The position is temporary and seasonal, scheduled from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. The regular schedule is 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Holiday availability is required the day before Thanksgiving and on two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPI achievement. Requirements

Responsibilities
