About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 5154 in Rosemead, California, promoting Meta products and creating engaging customer experiences. The role involves demonstrating wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; building relationships with shoppers and store associates; and helping customers understand product features and benefits. Product and technology training is provided, with all product and technology certifications completed remotely.

The position is scheduled for 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPI performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, occasionally lift up to 20 lbs., and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Personal, reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences to shoppers.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide welcoming, personalized customer experiences.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits in line with each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement and product demonstration through asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstrations, and the retail experience consistent with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
