About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a temporary seasonal Meta Sales Rep to work in a Walmart store in Lacey, Washington. The role promotes Meta products through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences. The representative engages shoppers, tailors product demonstrations to customer interests, guides customers through the sales experience, and builds relationships with retail associates while helping store teams understand products, features, and promotions. Product and technology training is provided, with certifications completed remotely.

The position is scheduled for 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $23 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPI achievement. The role also offers weekly pay with DailyPay cashouts, potential sales-contest incentives, and career-development opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first service mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Own reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences to shoppers.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide welcoming, personalized service.
• Create memorable customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits in line with each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement and product demonstration through asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstrations, and the retail experience consistent with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and keep them informed about products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Complete product and technology training and certifications remotely.
