About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 848 in Southaven, Mississippi. The role runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027, and pays $21 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus. The regular schedule is 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m. Additional shifts will be added in November and December for key shopping days. Holiday availability is required the day before Thanksgiving and on two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Bonus eligibility depends on attendance, employee standing, and meeting KPIs. The specialist demonstrates and promotes Meta products in a local big-box retailer, creating engaging customer experiences and excitement around the brand. The role also involves building relationships with retail associates and training store teams on Meta AI apps, tools, and product features. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
Customer-first experience mindset.
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
Personal, reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences through hands-on product demonstrations.
Proactively engage shoppers and provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
Create positive and memorable customer experiences that reflect well on Meta and its products.
Explain product features and benefits in relation to customers’ interests and needs.
Guide customers from initial engagement through product demonstrations and confidently asking for the sale.
Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstration, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
Train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.
