About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a temporary, seasonal, part-time Meta Sales Rep to represent Meta at Walmart 4340 in Hesperia, California. The role promotes Meta products in a retail setting through hands-on demonstrations, customer engagement, and collaboration with store associates. Product and technology training is provided, with product and technology certifications completed remotely. The position is scheduled for 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts may be added in November and December for key shopping days. Holiday availability is required the day before Thanksgiving and on two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPI performance.

The representative demonstrates wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; helps shoppers understand product features and benefits; and guides them from initial engagement through asking for the sale. The role also involves keeping displays organized and demo-ready, building relationships with store teams, tracking customer engagement and sales activity, and staying informed about product launches and software updates. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Personal, reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
