Seasonal Meta Sales Rep
About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring a temporary seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 2159 in Olean, New York. The role promotes Meta products in a local big-box retail store through product demonstrations, customer engagement, and support for retail associates. All product and technology training is provided, with certifications completed remotely. The scheduled assignment runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027, with regular shifts Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs. The position offers competitive weekly base pay and on-demand cashouts through DailyPay. The role requires a smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer and reliable personal transportation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
- Customer-first service mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
- Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
- Reliable personal transportation.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences to shoppers.
- Proactively engage shoppers and provide welcoming, personalized experiences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits based on customers’ interests and needs.
- Guide customers from initial engagement and demonstration through asking for the sale.
- Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
- Build relationships with store teams and inform them about products, features, and promotions.
- Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward performance goals.
- Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
- Train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.
