About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work within Walmart 674 in Gallatin, Tennessee. The role promotes Meta products by demonstrating wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences, creating engaging customer interactions, and helping shoppers understand product features and benefits. Product and technology training is provided, with certifications completed remotely.

The schedule is 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., during the seasonal period from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPI performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Personal, reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive Meta experiences to shoppers.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide welcoming, personalized customer experiences.
• Explain product features and benefits based on customers’ interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement through product demonstration and asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Attend product and technology training and complete certifications.
