About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 5337 in Clovis, California. The role pays $21 per hour, plus a seasonal completion bonus contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs. The schedule is 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., with additional shifts in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. The position runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027.

The specialist demonstrates and promotes Meta products to shoppers in a big-box retail setting, creates engaging customer experiences, builds relationships with retail associates, and trains store teams on AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided. Training and certifications are completed remotely using a laptop or phone.

The role offers weekly base pay with optional on-demand cashouts through DailyPay, potential incentives through sales contests, and opportunities to pursue lead specialist roles, retail management, and longer-term programs with 2020 Companies. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Personal, reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive Meta experiences through hands-on presentations.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create memorable customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits based on each customer's interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement and product demonstration through asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.
