About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work within a local big-box retailer, demonstrating and promoting Meta products to consumers. The role focuses on creating excitement around the brand, building strong relationships with retail associates, creating engaging customer experiences, and training store teams on AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided.

The position is based at Walmart 3520 in Secaucus, New Jersey. The stated regular schedule is Saturday and Sunday, noon to 6:00 p.m., for 12 hours per week. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days; holiday availability is required the day before Thanksgiving and on two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. The role runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Pay is $21 per hour, plus a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPI performance.

Training and product certifications are paid and completed remotely from a laptop or phone. The role also offers weekly pay with on-demand cashouts through DailyPay, possible sales-contest incentives, and potential pathways to lead specialist roles, retail management, and longer-term program opportunities. Employees represent Meta products in-store, deliver product demonstrations, support retail teams, and track engagement and sales activity while working toward performance goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• A smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Own reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six or more months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.

• Demonstrate wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences through hands-on presentations.
