About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at a local big-box retailer, demonstrating and promoting Meta products to consumers. The role focuses on building strong relationships with retail associates, creating engaging customer experiences, and training store teams on AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided.

The position is temporary and seasonal, scheduled for 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

The role includes hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; engaging shoppers and tailoring product demonstrations to their needs; guiding customers through the experience and asking for the sale; maintaining organized, demo-ready displays; keeping store teams informed about products and promotions; and tracking demonstrations, engagement, and sales activity. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• A smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Personal, reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.
