Braze is seeking an experienced and dedicated Messaging Pricing Lead for its growing portfolio of Messaging solutions, including SMS, MMS, RCS, and others. This role involves working with the Product Vendor Management team and collaborating with key stakeholders across Sales, Pricing, Product Management, & Partnerships to ensure Braze remains profitable and competitive. The position requires ownership of vendor contracts and relationships, analysis and maintenance of pricing and cost data, and continuous reevaluation of prices, competitive trends, margins, and customer volumes to ensure competitive rates and maximization of Gross Profit. The lead will also support pricing input for RFPs and customer requests, generate reporting data, and stay informed about industry changes.
