The Mershon Auditorium Part-Time Ticket Seller provides support to the box office on event days. They are expected at all times to communicate effectively, provide a high standard of customer service, adhere to NCAA regulations, and uphold Ohio State University policy, regulations, and ethical standards. The Mershon Auditorium Part-Time Ticket Seller will utilize the ticket office database to assist customers, sell tickets at the ticket window, assist in will-call management, and trouble-shoot ticket issues on event days.
