About The Position
Ripley's Believe It or Not! in St. Augustine is seeking energetic, friendly team members to work as Seasonal Admissions Ticket Sellers during the Nights of Lights season. This is an opportunity for individuals looking for seasonal work, extra holiday income, or a chance to interact with people from around the world. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and reliable attendance
- Ability to work well with a team
- Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills are a plus
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with a welcoming smile and positive attitude
- Providing information about attractions, ticket options, packages, and promotions
- Processing ticket sales using our point-of-sale system
- Promoting combo packages and attraction upgrades
- Delivering outstanding customer service to every guest
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting work area
- Assisting guests with questions and helping create an exceptional visit
