At GreenGrowth CPAs we specialize in acquiring and integrating high-quality CPA and audit practices to build a leading network of professional services firms. Our mission is to preserve each practice’s legacy, empower its leadership team, and deliver exceptional client value through strategic growth and operational excellence. This is a high-velocity, deal-sourcing role at the tip of the spear of our acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for identifying proprietary deal flow and managing the front-end of the M&A funnel. You’ll be running heavy outbound prospecting cold calls, targeted outreach, and persistent follow-up to build pipeline from scratch. You’ll also be the trusted guide for accounting firm owners who are often retirement-age, cautious, and emotionally attached to their firms. Success here means balancing grit with grace: you must be comfortable with sustained activity and measurable weekly targets, and equally skilled at deep listening, empathy, and handling sensitive conversations about legacy and succession.
