About The Position

This is a fully remote, independent-contractor consulting engagement for experienced M&A attorneys from leading U.S. law firms. Attorneys contribute expertise to a legal AI training and evaluation project by analysing complex M&A and corporate-law scenarios, conducting legal research, reviewing transaction-focused datasets, and providing commentary on legal reasoning, transaction structures, and deal documentation. No prior AI-training experience is required. Work may cover M&A analysis, private-equity and corporate-law research, transaction-document review, legal annotation, dataset refinement, and quality assurance. Work must not use confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, law firm, institution, or other third party. Compensation is $140–$400 per hour. The opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC, which connects experienced professionals with remote consulting opportunities.
