About The Position

The Women’s Young Adult Collections & Graphics Merchant is responsible for leading and growing a dynamic portfolio of branded and trend-driven businesses within the Women’s Young Adult category. This role oversees the collections business across Celebrity Pink, Madden NYC, and Mills by Millie Bobby Brown, along with the licensed graphics and seasonal events businesses. The merchant will drive brand strategy, product assortment, and category performance while delivering compelling trend-right product that resonates with our customer. This role partners closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build differentiated assortments, and execute strategies that support both brand growth and financial objectives. Manage a big business and be a true subject matter expert in your category. Strategize and choose the assortment in stores and online.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field and 3 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution for the Women’s Young Adult Collections & Graphics business, driving sales, profitability, and market share through compelling assortments and brand storytelling.
  • Build and manage category strategies across branded collections, licensed product, graphics, and seasonal events while balancing customer needs, trend relevance, and financial goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Digital, Planning, and Marketing teams to bring innovative product to market and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop strong supplier relationships, influence brand direction, and identify opportunities to grow the business through white space, trend insights, and strategic partnerships.
  • Own key business metrics including sales, margin, inventory, and P&L performance while leading with a customer-first mindset.
