At Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, we are looking for a hands-on Merchandising Supervisor to lead, coach, and support a field-based team of merchandisers while ensuring retail execution standards are met across assigned customer accounts. This role requires regular market presence, direct observation of merchandising work, and hands-on support when business needs require it. In this role, you will support daily field execution, customer account needs, and retail standards. You will conduct daily account visits and maintain regular market presence. You will monitor merchandising execution, display compliance, shelf conditions, cooler standards, and retail execution quality. You will conduct ride-alongs, field observations, and in-store coaching with merchandisers. You will build, replenish, and maintain retail displays when business needs require support. You will support stocking, product rotation, shelf/cooler replenishment, and route coverage during operational shortages. You will work in retail sales floors, store backrooms, coolers, warehouse areas, and customer account environments. You will resolve retailer execution issues and partner with Sales and Delivery teams to improve service and execution. You will ensure assigned merchandisers complete daily work in accordance with company standards. You will support safety, productivity, and customer service expectations in the field. You will develop schedules that balance customer needs, staffing levels, and business priorities. You will collaborate with peers and business partners to achieve department objectives and support continuous improvement. You will perform other job-related duties as assigned. Expected Time Allocation: 60–80% Field Execution and Market Support, 10–20% Employee Coaching and Development, 10–20% Administrative Responsibilities. Actual time may vary based on staffing, customer needs, and business priorities.
