About The Position

The Merchandising Supervisor will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service. This role involves training and developing merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies. The supervisor will ensure consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations. They will also assign and adjust work as needed to meet demands, conduct "work-withs" and "go behinds" to monitor employee productivity, safety, and customer service standards, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
