About The Position

Join Premium Retail Services as a Merchandising Specialist and represent brands in multiple retail locations across your community. The role involves hands-on merchandising across a variety of products, including magazines, candy, cosmetics, and health essentials, to help keep shelves stocked and create positive shopping experiences. You will work independently while managing your schedule and reporting completed tasks through a smartphone app.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a smartphone with reliable data service and a functional camera.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, consistency, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable moving around stores, organizing products, and lifting or stocking items as needed.
• Be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and complete app-based reporting accurately.
• Be comfortable using mobile apps, step-by-step instructions, and reporting tools.
• Be able to work independently, manage a schedule, and complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in backrooms and stock it on the sales floor.
• Face, organize, and maintain shelves and product displays.
• Set up displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials.
• Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions.
• Use a smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required.
• Represent Premium professionally in assigned stores and build positive relationships with retail partners.
