About The Position

Join Premium Retail Services as a Merchandising Specialist and represent well-known brands in retail stores across your community. The role involves working hands-on with a variety of products, including magazines, candy, cosmetics, and health essentials, to keep shelves stocked and improve the shopping experience. You will work independently across assigned retail locations, use a smartphone for task reporting, and build positive relationships with retail partners.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a smartphone with reliable data service and a functional camera.
• Demonstrate consistency, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable moving around stores, organizing products, and lifting or stocking items as needed.
• Be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and complete app-based reporting accurately.
• Be comfortable using mobile apps, step-by-step instructions, and reporting tools.
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in high-quality work.
• Be able to work independently, manage your schedule, and complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom and stock it on the sales floor.
• Front-face, organize, and maintain shelves and product displays.
• Set up displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials.
• Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions.
• Use a smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required.
• Represent Premium professionally in each assigned store and build positive relationships with retail partners.
