About The Position

Join Premium Retail Services as a Merchandising Specialist and represent brands across multiple retail locations in your community. The role involves working hands-on with a variety of products, including magazines, candy, cosmetics, and health essentials, to keep shelves stocked and support positive shopping experiences. You will work independently across assigned stores while representing Premium professionally and building positive relationships with retail partners.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a smartphone with reliable data service and a functional camera.
• Demonstrate consistency, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable moving around the store, organizing products, and lifting or stocking items as needed.
• Be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and complete app-based reporting accurately.
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Be comfortable using mobile apps, step-by-step instructions, and reporting tools.
• Be able to work independently, manage your schedule, and remain accountable.
• Be dependable, self-motivated, and committed to accurate, efficient results.

Responsibilities

• Locate and stock merchandise from the backroom onto the sales floor.
• Front-face, organize, and maintain shelves and product displays.
• Set up displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials.
• Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions.
• Use a smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required.
• Represent Premium professionally in each assigned store and build positive relationships with retail partners.
