About The Position

The Merchandising Service Associate connects Merchandising and Store Operations to help deliver a strong shopping experience. The associate builds and maintains eye-catching product displays and ensures store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate, safe, clean, visually appealing, and easy for customers to access. Most work does not involve customer interaction, but associates may be expected to answer customer questions, communicate product or warranty information, and help customers locate or handle merchandise. The role involves merchandising resets and service projects, validating product locations and signage, maintaining digital location information, preparing buyback items for shipping, and supporting add-on sales through appropriate product placement. Associates communicate project priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager and report feedback on project execution to store, market, and corporate leaders. The role may involve working indoors and outdoors in varied weather and noise conditions, handling merchandise, and using powered equipment after proper training. Regular travel is not required, though occasional travel to meetings, training, or neighboring stores may be needed. Live Nursery MST Associates may be required to work weekend shifts.
