About The Position

As a Merchandising Project Coordinator, this role drives key cross-functional initiatives that support Merchandising’s strategic priorities and business objectives. The Merchandising Project Coordinator is responsible for managing projects, prioritizing work, improving processes, and exercising independent judgment to ensure initiatives are delivered accurately and efficiently. This position partners with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and support teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and product strategy execution. Your contributions will ensure the success of the Merchandising Department at CITY.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Monday through Friday
  • 5% of Travel
  • Prolonged sitting, standing, walking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
  • Valid Florida Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage merchandising initiatives across teams, prioritizing work, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze business needs, develop AI-driven solutions, and deliver executive reporting with actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Oversee SKU setup and data integrity, identifying improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations that influence merchandising strategy.
  • Support assortment decisions by evaluating product performance and optimizing lineup strategies.
  • Improve merchandising systems, workflows, and reporting tools to drive operational efficiency and visibility.
  • Adheres to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for your role.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed, beyond those listed in the responsibilities. Changing business conditions may trigger changes to job responsibilities (i.e., COVID-19).
