About The Position

The Temporary Merchandising Operations Analyst will provide project-based support for key year-end merchandising initiatives. The role focuses on accurate item setup, pricing execution, data validation, and issue resolution within PDI.

The analyst will work closely with Merchandising, vendors, and store teams to ensure product and pricing updates are processed correctly and completed within established timelines. This entry-level professional opportunity is suited to a candidate with approximately one to two years of relevant experience who can analyze data, identify discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Approximately 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing data, comparing records, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Ability to analyze and validate data accurately.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through on issue resolution.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Willingness to provide a personal laptop if hired.
• Ability to meet the requirements of the employer's background check.
