About The Position

Ana Luisa is a fast-growing, Brooklyn-based jewelry brand committed to sustainability and delivering high-quality, affordable jewelry for all. As we expand our multi-channel distribution and work towards exciting milestones, we’re seeking a Merchandising Associate to drive growth and help scale the Wholesale & Marketplace segments of our business. As the Merchandising Associate - Wholesale & Marketplaces, you will be responsible for optimizing our product assortments and managing the growth of our wholesale and marketplace channels. Your role will involve ensuring timely product launches, maintaining fresh product lineups, and building strong partnerships with key external platforms. The role will report to the Associate Director, Merchandising.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Merchandising, account management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in Fashion is needed, jewelry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-departmental communication and relationship building with external partners.
  • Proficiency with EDI systems, Excel, and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of merchandising strategy across marketplace platforms, ensuring optimized product assortments and timely refreshes, while minimizing launch delays.
  • Assist in the onboarding and growth of wholesale accounts, regularly introducing new product collections and preparing exclusive items for key partners.
  • Collaborate with teams across operations, product, and marketing to streamline processes and improve the speed-to-market for new product launches, ensuring a well-coordinated approach.
  • Complete training of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems for smooth wholesale account management.
  • Analyze product performance across channels, regularly updating assortments to maximize sales potential by identifying underperforming styles and introducing best-sellers.
