About The Position

Signature Retail Services is seeking a full-time Merchandising Area Supervisor based in or near Cleveland, OH. This role involves leading and training a team of part-time Merchandising Associates and supporting store coverage across the Ohio territory. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
Smartphone with text, phone, camera, internet, and email access.
Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple store locations.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory or training experience in the merchandising industry is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Travel independently to service stores within your assigned territory using your personal vehicle.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of part-time Merchandising Associates.
Execute in-store merchandising tasks including planogram resets, display builds, inventory adjustments, and signage.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Serve as the go-to liaison for store management, project managers, and field leadership.
Proactively resolve issues, coach team members, and maintain a high level of performance across your territory.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
