About The Position

Convivial Brands Merchandisers represent the company’s family of brands by maintaining brand presence in the market and keeping products stocked for customers. This part-time role serves assigned store locations in the Marquette University area of Milwaukee. The work requires approximately two hours every two weeks. Store service can generally be completed Monday through Friday at any time the store is open, but seasonal transition dates are firm. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school education or equivalent certification.
• Must have a smart device and experience using smart-device technology.
• Must have an active email address and check it frequently for work communications.
• Must be available the day after major seasonal dates, such as Easter and Valentine’s Day.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new tasks and solve problems quickly.
• Access to consistent, reliable internet to receive job information and updates.
• Ability to download and install apps, keep the phone operating system up to date, and use Wi-Fi.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned stores.
• Flexible, reliable, patient, and friendly.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail experience, such as working with displays, shop layouts, or visual props, is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review fixtures to ensure they align with planograms and initiate product reorders as needed.
• Assemble and set up store fixtures and displays according to planograms.
• Manage credits and returns for out-of-date products, and complete seasonal transitions.
• Use technology to collect data during store visits and submit photos of visits and seasonal transitions.
• Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with store management.
• Service assigned store locations by keeping displays stocked and organized, products straightened, and areas dust-free.
• Oversee the inventory and condition of store fixtures and materials, and organize and replenish products promptly.
• Assess and prioritize workloads based on store assignments and client needs.
• Represent Convivial Brands professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
