Flexible Part-Time Merchandiser Work
About The Position
Designer Greetings is hiring a part-time merchandiser to service greeting card displays in local stores in Montello, Wisconsin, and the surrounding area. This flexible side job involves managing an assigned set of stores on a flexible schedule and working a few hours a month. Service visits are flexible, but the merchandiser must also be available after the holidays to change displays to the new season. The hourly pay range is $15.00–$17.00, depending on experience. The company pays mileage and travel time between stores when more than one location is assigned, and provides paid time off (PTO).
Requirements
- Have a reliable smartphone for using the mobile app to place orders and enter payroll time.
- Be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Have access to reliable transportation, as most routes include multiple locations.
- Have access to reliable internet to receive job information and updates.
- Have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Be available after the holidays for the seasonal changeover.
Responsibilities
- Straighten product on all card racks.
- Put out product orders.
- Write up new orders.
- Put up and take down seasonal cards using plan-o-grams.
- Process seasonal card returns after the holiday.
- Make the seasonal changeover after the holidays.
