Full-Time Merchandiser

About The Position
The Merchandiser ensures the company’s products are available and well represented on grocery store shelves. The role supports popular retail brands including Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta®, Mrs. Smith's®, Edwards®, bibigo®, and Pagoda®. This is a full-time position scheduled Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, for 35–40 hours per week. Pay is $19 per hour. The role involves merchandising and rotating products, building displays, and working with store personnel. Employees must be able to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment.
Requirements
- Grocery experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment.
- Access to a smartphone capable of supporting company technology requirements.
- Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure company brands are stocked and well represented in assigned stores.
- Merchandise and rotate products.
- Build and maintain product displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with store personnel.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers.
