About The Position

Viking Coca-Cola is hiring a full-time, onsite Merchandiser in Marshall, Minnesota. The role supports the company’s distribution operation by keeping products stocked, displays maintained, and customer locations clean and organized. The position involves regular interaction with customers, store managers, sales representatives, and drivers, as well as completing paperwork and collecting account payments. The listed hourly pay range is $20.00–$22.25.

Requirements

Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and coworkers and fostering relationships.
Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance; a personal vehicle is used for work-related tasks.
Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and navigate two- and four-wheel carts.
Ability to regularly push or pull loads of up to 2,200 pounds.
Ability to work autonomously without close supervision and follow safety protocols.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Stock existing shelf space and keep immediate-consumption coolers and cold-drink equipment fully stocked.
Build and maintain package-specific displays according to company standards.
Rotate products to maintain freshness and merchandising excellence.
Develop relationships with customers and store managers and provide responsive customer service.
Address customer issues promptly.
Communicate with sales representatives and drivers and help facilitate driver shortages when needed.
Maintain an organized backroom and cleanliness at customer locations.
Complete paperwork accurately and collect payments due on accounts.
