About The Position

Swire Coca-Cola Merchandisers ensure customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards, helping maintain customer satisfaction across back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and other points of availability. The role represents Swire Coca-Cola and supports relationships with internal and external customers. The schedule is 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., five 8-hour shifts per week, with weekends required and overtime as needed. The stated pay is $23.25 per hour, with a possible bonus structure dependent on the role. Routes are local, and mileage reimbursement is offered. The position requires travel between stores using a reliable personal vehicle, but does not require transporting company products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Must be able to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores on assigned routes and maintain business-use vehicle insurance; transporting company products is not required.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Use technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily using customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily, with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using a first-in, first-out stocking system to ensure product quality.
• Build displays and promotional items throughout assigned stores by moving, stacking, and assembling items according to instructions and schedules set by the supervisor and store management.
• Maintain and organize back rooms and back-stock areas so they are safely accessible.
• Prepare credited product that is unfit for sale for return within assigned stores daily.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
