About The Position

This project-based merchandising role involves improving product and display presentation in retail stores to attract and engage shoppers and building relationships with store managers. Work is available nationwide, with projects ranging from 0 to 40 hours per week depending on volume. The role typically takes place during daytime retail business hours, though occasional evening or weekend shifts may be available or encouraged. Some smaller projects allow workers to create their own schedules. Travel between multiple locations is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable personal transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles between multiple locations in the designated area; some markets may require longer travel.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team.
Be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.

Flexibility to accept occasional evening or weekend shifts; some smaller projects allow workers to create their own schedules.

Responsibilities

Perform merchandising activities such as planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, shelf stocking, light dusting and cleaning of completed sets, retagging, and product rotation.
Help ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
Report daily hours worked through an online portal accessible by smartphone, computer, or tablet.
Maintain retailer-specific online certifications as necessary.
Photograph completed assignments and report them to the District Manager.
Build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
Adapt to changing work schedules and accept occasional evening or weekend shifts when needed.
