About The Position

As a Merchandiser, you will perform project-based retail merchandising work to make products and displays visually appealing, attract and engage shoppers, and build strong relationships with store managers. Work includes merchandising activities at retail locations across a designated area, with projects ranging from 0 to 40 hours per week depending on volume. Schedules may change; occasional evening or weekend shifts are encouraged, while some smaller projects allow you to create your own schedule. The role involves working during daytime retail business hours and traveling between locations.

Requirements

Have reliable personal transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area; some positions may require longer travel depending on market location.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team.
Be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.
Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Perform merchandising activities such as planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, shelf stocking, light dusting and cleaning of completed sets, retagging, and product rotation.
Help ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
Accurately report daily hours worked through an online portal using a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
Maintain retailer-specific online certifications as necessary.
Photograph completed assignments and report them to the District Manager.
Build relationships with retail store associates and management while working in stores.
Adapt to changing work schedules and accept occasional evening or weekend shifts when possible.
