About The Position

The Part-Time Retail Merchandiser services retail accounts in Denver, Englewood, and Glendale, bringing pet products to store shelves. This is an independent, on-the-go role with flexible hours, working 15–20 hours per week. The role involves traveling between retail locations in a personal vehicle and working in grocery-store stockrooms and sales floors. The pay is $19.50 per hour, with mileage reimbursement of $0.56 per mile and a monthly phone stipend of $25. Weekends and evenings are not required.

Requirements

• Previous retail merchandising experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfort using scanners, box cutters, carts, and dollies.
• Smartphone and access to a computer.
• Valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, pull, and remain active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, scan, and stock products using RF technology.
• Keep shelves organized and fully stocked according to planograms.
• Place inventory replenishment orders.
• Build relationships with store teams and receiving staff.
• Set up and maintain displays and promotional signage.
• Handle returns and coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Stay connected by email and voicemail for updates and instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Drive safely between retail locations.
