About The Position
The Framer builds customer relationships by creating memorable custom framing solutions and helping customers find products in the store. The role supports sales and production results, completes framing orders accurately and on time, maintains assigned merchandising and replenishment areas, and helps keep the store safe, clean, and well stocked. It also includes customer service, cash register and cash-handling duties, truck unloading and stocking, and support for omnichannel processes. The position is part-time at the SAC-Roseville, California store.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic measuring skills.
- Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly; move throughout the store; and remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
- Build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions using the Elevated ABC Deliver approach.
- Deliver sales and production results.
- Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
- Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
- Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and provide solutions.
- Maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store for customers.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
- Assist with omnichannel processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
