About The Position

The Framer builds customer relationships by creating memorable custom framing solutions and helping customers find products in the store. The role supports sales and production results, completes framing orders to a high standard and on time, and maintains the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas. It also provides friendly customer service, maintains a safe and well-stocked store, and follows company procedures, policies, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions using the company's Elevated ABC approach.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions while providing friendly service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards, including applicable laws and requirements.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Assist with omnichannel processes.
• Interact with others respectfully and positively, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a role model.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
