About The Position

The Merchandiser travels daily to retail stores and customer accounts to ensure Liberty Coca-Cola products are presented according to company merchandising standards. The role involves stocking and organizing products, replenishing and maintaining displays, and ensuring product signage and placement are accurate. Merchandisers serve as brand ambassadors, building positive relationships with store personnel while maintaining a professional appearance and working safely in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. The role requires daily travel between stores using a reliable personal vehicle. Work includes moving products from backrooms to sales floors, using approved equipment, and performing repeated lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, standing, and reaching. Merchandisers must follow safety policies, use required PPE and equipment, report hazards and incidents, and maintain clean and hazard-free work areas. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license in state of residence; Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle available for daily work use.
Ability to work in tight or crowded spaces.
Ability to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Able to maintain a professional appearance and follow food-handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of completing tasks independently and on time.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry products up to 50 lbs. from the ground, low shelves, or up to shoulder height.
Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and perform continuous physical tasks for several hours at a time.
Ability to use proper posture and safe body mechanics when lifting and moving cases.
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle to travel between stores.
Ability to read and follow plan-o-grams and written set instructions accurately.
Ability to work comfortably in backrooms or storage areas with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

Ensure products are stocked, organized, and easy for customers to find on shelves, racks, displays, and in coolers.
Transport products from store backrooms to sales floors using approved equipment, such as hand trucks.
Build, adjust, refresh, and replenish product displays.
Set up, change, or take down in-store displays to support promotions and seasonal needs.
Ensure product signage is correct and easy for shoppers to understand.
Keep product areas clean, tidy, and safe, and pull aside damaged or defective items.
Follow plan-o-grams and instructions to place items to company standards.
Represent Liberty Coca-Cola professionally, wear required uniforms, and build positive working relationships with store teams.
Perform duties in a manner that protects personal safety and the safety of coworkers, contractors, and the public.
Comply with company safety policies, procedures, training requirements, and applicable regulations.
Properly use required personal protective equipment, tools, and equipment.
Immediately report unsafe conditions, hazards, near misses, injuries, or incidents.
Participate in required safety training, meetings, audits, and safety improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
Stop work and notify leadership if a task cannot be performed safely or conditions present imminent danger.
Support a safety culture by holding oneself and others accountable for safe behaviors.
Travel between stores and customer accounts daily.
