Merchandiser - Milton
About The Position
Frank Beverage Group is hiring a Merchandiser in Milton, Wisconsin, to merchandise and stock products at customer accounts. The role includes stocking shelves, building displays, installing and maintaining point-of-sale materials, rotating stock, and ensuring products are presented for consumer purchase. The route covers Jefferson and Dodge County. The schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and starting pay is $20.00 per hour. A company vehicle is included. Requirements
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly, personable, and approachable.
- Goal-oriented, focused, and assertive.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Live within 15–20 miles of the assigned territory.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods and to bend, twist, squat, and lift.
- Ability to climb up and down ladders.

- Prior customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise, stock, and rotate products at each account.
- Inventory and reorganize back stock; refill cold boxes, shelves, and displays; and dust products as needed.
- Build displays, fix shelving, and hang signage.
- Install point-of-sale materials and keep them presentable.
- Ensure products are presented for consumer purchase.
