About The Position

Admiral Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser to display beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on the sales floor of retail stores. This role involves arranging products according to a plan, placing price and descriptive signs, and transferring product to ensure "Sell By" dates are met and inventory is optimized. The Merchandiser will also be responsible for ordering product to prevent out-of-stocks and communicating effectively with store personnel. The position is based in the Teton/Driggs Area, with the primary location listed as Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Requirements

Ability to arrange products according to a plan or own ideas.
Ability to place price and descriptive signs.
Ability to transfer product to comply with "Sell By" dates and optimize inventory.
Ability to order product to prevent out-of-stocks.
Ability to communicate effectively with key store personnel.
Ability to construct or assemble display aids from POS materials.

Nice To Haves

Experience in merchandising.
Familiarity with retail store layouts.
Knowledge of "Sell By" date management.

Responsibilities

Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store.
Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store and minimize product in stock room.
Orders product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out-of-stocks conditions.
Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
Communicates effectively daily with key store personnel on any service or product needs.
Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
