About The Position

Pepsi of Kalispell is seeking a Retail Beverage Merchandiser to join their team. This role involves stocking Pepsi products in various stores throughout the Flathead Valley according to store and company standards. The position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently while also being a team player. Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license, vehicle, and motor vehicle insurance.
Pass a criminal background check.
Pass a drug test.
Have a good driving record.
Be reliable.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Be a team player.
Regularly lift 75 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with a hand truck or other lifting devices.
Push/pull carts and pallets of products.
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or have 3 months related experience.
Be able to work 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Stocking Pepsi products in stores according to sell-by dates to ensure freshness.
Ensuring all product locations within stores are stocked.
Constructing displays with store or sales representative display guides and using approved creative ideas.
Communicating with sales reps, store receiving clerks, store management, other merchandisers, and store customers.
Adapting to a constantly changing, competitive market.
Walking the store upon arrival to ensure all locations are stocked.
