About The Position

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser to perform merchandising activities within an assigned territory. Duties include rotating and stocking products, ensuring company products are properly displayed, executing and constructing displays, installing point-of-sale materials, and expediting product delivery as requested by management. The role also supports the sales team in maintaining positive relationships with retail customers and completes shelf resets, backroom duties, and other job-related duties as assigned.

The position requires regular, ongoing onsite presence, including at non-company locations where the business conducts operations, for the majority of the time. Employees work according to schedules set by supervisors and/or branch management. The role requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment, as well as the ability to stand or walk for an entire 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience.
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment.
• Ability to stand or walk for an entire 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift.

• Presentation skills to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management.
• Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and government agencies as required.
• Demonstrated high proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
• Planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload across multiple assignments.
