About The Position

The Full Time Merchandiser stocks and maintains Southern Crown Partners products in backrooms, on shelves, in coolers, and in displays at assigned accounts, working in conjunction with the sales team. The role involves maintaining product presentation, rotation, pricing, and back-room organization while building customer rapport and supporting sales representatives. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Requirements

Ability to meet workload requirements within deadlines.
Planning and organizing skills.
Ability to work independently.
Availability to work a five-day schedule that includes early-morning starts and weekends.

Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and twist frequently.

Responsibilities

Fill and properly face company brands and packages on cooler and dry shelves, and build displays.
Use proper rotation techniques and remove out-of-code or damaged packages from shelves and displays.
Maintain back-room space and ensure product is accurately priced.
Follow store procedures for disposing of empty cardboard cases and paper wrap.
Re-pack product as necessary.
Ensure point-of-contact materials are adequately supplied and placed on shelves and displays.
Establish and maintain rapport with customers.
Assist with cooler resets and follow instructions from Sales Representatives.
Communicate promptly and effectively with the District Sales Manager or Sales Representative about route adjustments, emergencies, extended hours, or additional assignments.
Maintain a timely schedule and manage time to meet priorities efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
