About The Position

Viking Coca-Cola is hiring a full-time, onsite Merchandiser in Red Wing, Minnesota. The role involves stocking and organizing existing shelf space and immediate-consumption coolers at various stores, building and maintaining displays to company standards, rotating products for freshness, and keeping backrooms organized. The Merchandiser provides customer service, maintains friendly relationships with store managers, responds promptly to customer issues, and coordinates with sales representatives and drivers. Other duties include cleaning spills, maintaining equipment, completing required paperwork, and collecting payments when necessary. The position pays $20.00–$22.25 per hour and requires use of a personal vehicle to travel between store locations.

Requirements

Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with coworkers.
Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
Ability to use a personal vehicle to travel to store locations.
Physical ability to operate a manual pallet jack and use 2- and 4-wheel carts, including pushing or pulling loads up to 2,200 pounds.
Ability to work independently without close supervision.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
