About The Position

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Union Merchandiser to ensure customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards. The role supports customer satisfaction by maintaining store back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and other points of availability, while developing and preserving customer relationships and representing Swire Coca-Cola. The schedule is five eight-hour shifts per week, beginning between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Overtime and weekend work are required, and holidays may be required based on business needs. The hourly pay range is $19.05 to $23.81, with a bonus structure dependent on the role. Pay offered depends on geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The role includes local routes and mileage reimbursement; employees use their own reliable vehicle to travel to stores but are not responsible for transporting products. After a conditional offer, candidates must complete pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check and drug screening, and a motor vehicle record review for certain roles. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores on assigned routes and maintain business-use vehicle insurance; transporting company products is not required.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

Use technology and applications as required throughout the day.
Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily using customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily, with labels facing outward.
Rotate products using a first-in, first-out stocking system to ensure product quality.
Build displays and promotional items in assigned stores by moving, stacking, and building items according to instructions and the schedule set by the supervisor and store management.
Maintain and organize back rooms and back-stock areas so they are safely accessible.
Prepare credited product that is unfit for sale for return within assigned stores daily.
Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events.
Maintain relationships with internal and external customers while representing Swire Coca-Cola.
