About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser Floater, you work independently in assigned retail stores to showcase Hallmark products, maintain inventory and product displays, and build relationships with store teams. You may also support fellow merchandisers with seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with other companies’ products in the stores you service. The role includes day-to-day merchandising, holiday support, and department resets. You are responsible for the Hallmark product display at your assigned stores and interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. Work schedules vary during the work week, averaging up to 10 hours per week. Additional days or extended hours may be needed around major holidays and seasonal changeovers; some holiday work may include weekends.
