About The Position

The Merchandise Manager helps customers shop the store and find what they are looking for while creating memorable custom framing solutions. The role supports sales and production results, completes framing orders to a high standard and on time, maintains assigned merchandise areas, and helps keep the store safe, clean, clutter-free, well merchandised, and in stock. The position operates in a public retail store and frame shop, with work hours that include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.
Basic measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.

Responsibilities

Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company programs, policies, and standards to meet applicable laws and requirements.
Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using Elevated ABC Deliver; deliver sales and production results.
Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and provide solutions.
Maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model.
Participate in truck unloading and stocking, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
Assist with omnichannel processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
