About The Position
The Merchandise Coordinator will support the US/Canada merchandising team with a primary focus on data entry, sample management, and daily activities involved in the product development cycle. You will report to the Sr. Merchant, USCA Men's Tops. This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline
- 1+ years of experience in apparel merchandising
- Knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills across teams and levels
- Passion for product and the consumer
Responsibilities
- Ensure data-entry integrity and maintenance of seasonal product integrity in product management systems
- Oversee sample organization and management for assigned global product categories
- Manage merchandising tool creation and ongoing management (Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe)
- Assist in preparation of meeting materials and support
- Conduct administrative work for the merchandising team as needed
